These terms apply when you use this website and when your business buys a Slatestock plan.

Who we are

Slatestock is run by Voll Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09302803), with its registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London, England, E1 0SG. Our UK VAT number is GB 529 0036 10.

Who the product is for

Slatestock is sold to businesses. By buying a plan, you confirm you are buying for a business and can accept these terms for it.

Plans, prices and billing

• Prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars or Canadian dollars where shown, plus applicable taxes.
• You can pay monthly or annually, in advance.
• A monthly plan can be canceled at any time from billing settings and ends at the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part months.
• An annual plan runs for the year you have paid for.

Your data

The records you keep in Slatestock are yours. We process them only to run the product for you, as the privacy notice describes. You can export them at any time from settings.

If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the paid period. After that the full export stays available, read only, for 30 days from the end of that period. Then we delete the records in your workspace.

Using the website and the product

You must not:

• try to get into parts of the website, the product or the systems behind them that are not meant for you
• add viruses or other harmful code
• send so many requests that the service slows down or stops for others

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website at any time.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any year is limited to what you paid us in that year.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated.
